• Tuesday: 3 miles (easy run)
  • Saturday: 1 hour walk/run on the beach

This week was not good. And I really have no excuses except for my feet have been bothering me this week and I haven’t really felt all that great. This week I’m hoping to get in a few long runs and really break in my new shoes. Wish I had more to talk about today but I don’t. Feels like it’s just going to be one of those days…catch ya tomorrow!
